The region contains downtown Allentown (the PPL Center arena — home of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms AHL hockey team — and the ArtsQuest SteelStacks venues), Emmaus (a walkable historic borough and home of Rodale Press), Macungie (home of Mack Trucks' main assembly plant), Upper Macungie Township (a massive Amazon/FedEx/Walmart logistics corridor along US-22 and I-78), Lower Macungie, South Whitehall, Salisbury, and the historic covered bridges country of western Lehigh. Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom in South Whitehall is one of the region's largest amusement parks.
