The communities east of I-35, from the revitalizing urban neighborhoods of East Austin through the fast-growing suburbs of Manor and Pflugerville, down to Del Valle near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Inner East Austin neighborhoods -- Holly, Govalle, Mueller (a redeveloped airport), and Montopolis -- have seen significant reinvestment and new development. Manor, connected via US-290 East, and Pflugerville, along SH-130, offer newer housing stock at lower price points.
