US-50 (Bay Bridge) / US-301 / MD-213

Queen Anne's County sits on the Eastern Shore of Maryland directly across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge from Annapolis. Anchored by Kent Island (a long, narrow barrier island that the US-50 Bay Bridge crosses onto, including the communities of Stevensville, Chester, Kent Narrows, and Grasonville) and Centreville (the historic county seat further east on MD-213). The region also includes Queenstown, Church Hill, Sudlersville, and Millington. Kent Island functions as the westernmost edge of the Eastern Shore commuter belt for Annapolis and Washington DC.
