Inner North Dallas

The established suburban ring immediately north of Dallas proper, centered on Richardson's Telecom Corridor, the upscale enclaves of Highland Park and University Park (the Park Cities), and the employment hubs of Addison and Farmers Branch. Carrollton and Coppell add residential depth along the I-35E and President George Bush Turnpike corridors. DART Red and Orange lines serve Richardson and Plano, while the TRE commuter rail links to Fort Worth. This is the mature core of north-side suburban living — close to downtown, well-connected, and fully built out.
