I-75 North

Miami County, the northern Dayton MSA county along I-75, anchored by Troy (the county seat), Piqua (the second-largest city), and Tipp City. Troy is home to the Troy-Hayner Cultural Center and hosts the Troy Strawberry Festival. Piqua has a historic canal-era downtown on the Great Miami River. Tipp City is a small historic city along I-75 with an antique shopping district. The county offers small-town character and lower housing costs with I-75 access to both Dayton and the northern Ohio manufacturing corridor.
