The southern suburban corridor anchored by Kettering, Oakwood, Centerville, Washington Township, Miamisburg, and West Carrollton. Kettering is the county's largest suburb, with the Fraze Pavilion, Lincoln Park commercial district, and Kettering Health's main medical campus. Oakwood is one of Ohio's most consistently highly-rated school districts and a small affluent enclave south of downtown. Centerville and Washington Township form the fast-growing southern edge along I-675. The Dayton Mall is in Miami Township near Miamisburg.
