US-35 West

The western Montgomery County communities along US-35 and I-70, including Brookville, New Lebanon, Farmersville, and the rural Jefferson Township area. This region offers small-town character, significantly lower housing costs than the southern suburbs, and practical commuting distance to downtown Dayton and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Much of the area is rural-agricultural with pockets of suburban development along the US-35 corridor.
