Flagler County, the northern half of the MSA, dominated by Palm Coast -- a master-planned city that has grown from a retirement community into one of Florida's fastest-growing cities (pop. 89,258 in 2020). The county also includes the historic county seat of Bunnell along US-1 and the oceanfront town of Flagler Beach with its iconic pier and relaxed surf culture. Palm Coast features numerous subdivisions organized in lettered sections (A through Z), with amenities including the Palm Coast Town Center, Hammock Beach Resort, and Washington Oaks Gardens State Park.
