I-75 Downriver

The 'Downriver' communities south of Detroit along the Detroit River plus Dearborn on the southwest city border. Dearborn is home to Ford Motor Company's world headquarters, the Henry Ford Museum, Greenfield Village, and the University of Michigan-Dearborn. The Downriver communities — Allen Park, Lincoln Park, Southgate, Taylor, Wyandotte, Trenton, Woodhaven, and Grosse Ile — share a shared working-class heritage tied to Ford's Rouge Complex and other historic industrial employers.
