The premier residential corridor of the Fresno metro, anchored by Clovis (pop ~120,100) — the 'Gateway to the Sierras' — and northeast Fresno neighborhoods like Woodward Park and Fig Garden. Clovis is the second-largest city in the metro with top-rated schools (Clovis Unified), Old Town Clovis shops and restaurants, and rapid new construction pushing north toward the foothills.
