Little Rock & North Little Rock

The twin cities at the heart of Central Arkansas, straddling the Arkansas River. Little Rock -- the state capital -- anchors the south bank with its downtown government district, the River Market entertainment area, and established neighborhoods like The Heights, Hillcrest, and Cammack Village. North Little Rock occupies the north bank, home to the Verizon Arena, Dickey-Stephens Park, and the revitalized Argenta Arts District. The METRO Streetcar connects the two downtowns across the Main Street Bridge.
