East San Gabriel Valley

The foothill communities stretching from Azusa and Glendora east to Claremont and Pomona along the I-210 and I-10 corridors. The A Line Gold Line extension (opened to Pomona in September 2025) now connects this region directly to downtown LA by light rail. The area offers more affordable housing than the Westside, with a mix of established suburban neighborhoods and newer developments backed by the San Gabriel Mountains.
