City of Nashua

Everett Turnpike (F.E. Everett Tpk) / US-3 / NH-101A / NH-111

New Hampshire's second-largest city, located on the Massachusetts border at the confluence of the Nashua and Merrimack rivers. Nashua contains downtown Main Street (a historic walkable commercial district), Mine Falls Park (a 325-acre urban park along the Nashua River), the Nashua Public Library (one of the largest libraries in NH), Rivier University (a Catholic liberal arts university), the Nashua Silver Knights Futures League baseball team, and the **Pheasant Lane Mall** — one of the largest shopping malls in northern New England, heavily patronized by Massachusetts residents taking advantage of NH's no-sales-tax status. Nashua was named 'Best Place to Live in America' by Money Magazine in both 1987 and 1997 — the only city to earn the top ranking twice.
