The suburban ring of Nashua in southern Hillsborough County. Anchored by **Merrimack NH** (a large suburban town between Manchester and Nashua, home of the **Anheuser-Busch Merrimack brewery** with the famous Clydesdale horse stables and hospitality center — one of AB's largest Northeast breweries), **Hudson NH** (directly east of Nashua across the Merrimack River), **Amherst NH** (a historic upscale suburb with one of NH's most affluent school districts), **Milford NH** (an old mill town with a historic downtown), **Hollis** (a small but affluent rural-suburban town with highly-rated schools), **Brookline NH** (rural-suburban, near the MA border), **Pelham NH** (on the MA border near Lowell MA), **Litchfield NH** (on the east bank of the Merrimack across from Nashua), **Mont Vernon**, and **Wilton NH**. The region has no commuter rail but is served by **Boston Express** commuter bus service to Boston South Station.
