Antioch & South Davidson

The diverse, affordable communities in southern Davidson County, anchored by the Antioch CDP and surrounding neighborhoods. Antioch is one of Nashville's most ethnically diverse areas, with a significant immigrant population and a wide range of international restaurants, groceries, and cultural institutions. The area sits at the intersection of I-24 and I-840, providing commuter access to both downtown Nashville and the Rutherford County employment centers. Housing is among the most affordable in Davidson County, with a mix of established 1970s-80s subdivisions and newer apartment and townhome construction. The Global Mall at the Crossings (formerly Hickory Hollow Mall) has been repurposed as a multicultural marketplace. Cane Ridge, a fast-growing area in far southeastern Davidson County, offers newer construction near the I-24/I-840 interchange.
