East Corridor (Wilson County)

The rapidly growing communities along the I-40 East corridor through Wilson County, anchored by Mount Juliet and Lebanon. The WeGo Star commuter rail connects Lebanon to downtown Nashville with seven stations along the 32-mile route, making this corridor one of the few transit-served suburban areas in the metro. Mount Juliet, the 'City Between the Lakes,' sits between Percy Priest Lake and Old Hickory Lake and has nearly doubled in population since 2010. Lebanon, the Wilson County seat, is home to Cumberland University and the Nashville Superspeedway, and serves as the corporate headquarters for Cracker Barrel. Watertown anchors the eastern edge of the commute zone. The corridor offers a mix of established neighborhoods and newer master-planned developments, with home prices generally below the metro median.
