Northwest Corridor (Robertson County)
The communities along the I-24 Northwest and US-41 corridors through Robertson County, one of the Nashville metro's more rural and affordable zones. Springfield, the county seat with roughly 14,000 residents, features a historic downtown and serves as the county's commercial center. Greenbrier and Coopertown are small but growing bedroom communities for Nashville commuters. Cross Plains and Orlinda anchor the county's northern and eastern edges. Robertson County is one of Tennessee's leading agricultural counties, and the area retains a distinctly rural character while increasingly attracting new residential construction driven by more affordable land prices and I-24 access to Nashville (approximately 30-40 minutes).
