Osceola County's communities south and southeast of Orlando, anchored by Kissimmee (pop. 79,000+), the county seat on the shores of Lake Tohopekaliga. St. Cloud, the county's second city, has a small-town downtown and lakefront park. Poinciana (pop. 69,000+) is one of the largest CDPs in the state and the southern terminus of SunRail. Celebration is the master-planned community originally built by the Walt Disney Company with a New Urbanist design. Buenaventura Lakes is a large, diverse CDP north of Kissimmee. The region offers the metro's most affordable housing with growing retail and employment along US-192 and the Florida Turnpike. Four Corners straddles four counties at the region's western edge.
