Viera, Rockledge & Cocoa

The master-planned growth corridor of central Brevard County. Viera is a sprawling planned community developed by the Duda family ranch, split between Viera West (pop. 16,688) and Viera East (pop. 11,687) CDPs, and serves as the de facto county seat with the Brevard County Government Center, The Avenue Viera shopping district, and USSSA Space Coast Stadium. Rockledge (pop. 27,678) is the county's oldest incorporated city, situated along the Indian River. Cocoa (pop. 19,041) is a historic river town with a revitalized Cocoa Village arts and shopping district. Suntree (pop. ~4,200) is an upscale residential community between Viera and Melbourne along I-95.
