American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon & Vineyard

The mid-valley corridor along I-15 between Lehi and Orem, anchored by American Fork (pop. ~45,200) and Pleasant Grove (pop. ~38,300). Lindon (pop. ~11,900) is a smaller residential city between Pleasant Grove and Orem. Vineyard (pop. ~16,100) is Utah's fastest-growing city of the 2010s, transforming from a lakefront agricultural area into a dense mixed-use community with the FrontRunner Vineyard Station. This region balances established neighborhoods with rapid new development and sits at the geographic center of Utah Valley's north-south commute.
