East Henrico & Airport Corridor

The eastern portion of Henrico County, stretching from the historic Church Hill neighborhood's edge eastward past Richmond International Airport (RIC). Highland Springs (pop. 16,604) is a long-established community with an active commercial district along East Williamsburg Road. Sandston (pop. 7,779) sits adjacent to the airport and has a small-town feel with a Main Street corridor. Montrose (pop. 7,909) and East Highland Park (pop. 15,131) are inner-ring communities closer to downtown Richmond. This zone is more affordable than the West End and includes significant industrial and logistics employment near the airport and I-64.
