West Valley & Northwest

The diverse, affordable communities on the western side of the Salt Lake Valley, anchored by West Valley City, Utah's second-largest city. West Valley City is the most ethnically diverse city in the state and home to the USANA Amphitheatre, Maverik Center, and major retail corridors along 3500 South. West Jordan, the state's third-largest city, straddles the western and southwestern valley. Taylorsville, Kearns, and Magna provide working-class and middle-class housing at prices well below the valley's east-side communities. The TRAX Green Line serves West Valley City, and I-215 and SR-201 provide east-west connectivity.
