North Peninsula

The communities immediately south of San Francisco along the US-101 and I-280 corridors, from Daly City and South San Francisco through San Bruno, Millbrae, and Burlingame. This region includes SFO International Airport, the biotech hub of South San Francisco ('The Industrial City'), and the bayside commuter towns that line the Caltrain corridor. BART serves Daly City, Colma, South San Francisco, San Bruno, and Millbrae stations, providing direct rail access to both San Francisco and the East Bay. Housing ranges from dense mid-century neighborhoods in Daly City to upscale hillside homes in Burlingame and Hillsborough.
