Hopewell Valley

NJ-31 / NJ-29 / US-206

The rural and semi-rural northwestern portion of Mercer County along the Delaware River and the Sourland Mountain. Anchored by Hopewell Township, Hopewell Borough, Pennington, and Titusville (the historic site where Washington crossed the Delaware in December 1776, now Washington Crossing State Park). The Hopewell Valley Regional School District serves the area. The region features rolling hills, horse farms, preserved farmland, the Sourland Mountain Preserve, Bristol-Myers Squibb's Hopewell research campus, and some of the lowest population density in the metro.
