The inner western suburbs of Wilmington centered on the Pike Creek, Pike Creek Valley, Brookside, and Mill Creek Hundred CDPs. Bounded roughly by DE-141 (Centre Road) on the east, Limestone Road on the west, and the Newark line to the south. The region is served by the Red Clay Consolidated School District and offers a planned-suburb feel with access to the White Clay Creek State Park, the Three Little Bakers golf community, and proximity to both downtown Wilmington and the Newark/UDel corridor.
